Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
My traveling fee is .44c per mile, located anywhere outside of 20 miles from my primary area.
Do you have a rescheduling fee?
In my contract it does state I do have a rescheduling fee. However, I know life happens. Sometimes there’s tings we can’t control. I try my absolute best to be as understanding as I can.
Do you offer payment plans? Is there a retainer when booking?
Yes, I offer flexible payment plans. All my sessions, including weddings- have a non- refundable retainer due at the time of booking. I don’t see photography as a luxury and never want my clients to feel like they have to choose between pictures on their walls or paying their mortgage.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
My turnaround time can vary depending on Holidays and time of the year. Most sessions are sent out within a 2 week eta. Weddings are 6-8 weeks. Communication is the key, and I will always keep you updated.
